Análisis de la seguridad jurídica en la proyectada reforma de la discapacidad

Abstract

The disability reform poses important challenges for us and places us before various alternatives. The text that we know seems to want to build a new rhetoric or a new framework of social behavior in order to reshape a reality whose daily problems can become something truly complex. The recent crisis of the pandemic has pointed out that there is a long way to go or formulas to be tested in the protection of the elder, especially in this area of disabiiity. Faced with real problems, great proclamations sometimes do not discover anything new. This study presents an assessment of the adaptation of the proposed reform to the 2006 New York Convention from the point of view of the principle of legal certainty and sorne proposals of lege ferenda.
