Abstract

Hand on-lab sessions are a very important part of Physics subjects for engineering students. Due to the observed students´ difficulties to understand correctly the purposes of the hand on-lab, an experience based on the visualization of very short explanatory videos has been stablished, both related to the specific lab sessions and to the general background. The experience has been tested with a whole group of 46 students from the first course of Organization Engeneering. Laboratory sessions with and without this methodology has been undertaken by this group. The students have also answered to some surveys in order to prove the students' understanding and to check the satisfaction level concerning the methodology.
