Abstract

This study shows the results obtained in the oestrus induction andsynchronization processes in ewes of Ojalada breed after applying impregnatedvaginal sponges with 30 mg FGA and different dose of eCG, both to empty andweaned ewes in the anoestrus season.A dose of 400 U.I. was considered to be the most appropriate one inewes with these characteristics as it allows to achieve better results in terms offertility and prolificacy.
