Natalia Martín Cruz is Professor at the University of Valladolid (Spain). She graduated from the University of Valladolid in Management (1993) and obtained his Ph.D. in 2000 on transaction economics costs and institution analysis applied to the pharmaceutical industry, in the University of Valladolid. She did a Visiting Scholar program in the University of California at Berkeley and at the Stanford University in the US. Her research interests within the INSISOC Group include Project Management; Organizational Ambidexterity; Entrepreneurship, Corporate Strategy.
