Zusammenfassung
This paper deals with the actual experience of a Department which has just begun organize itself in Commissions. We describe its origin, evolution, work process and the results which have been obtained by each Commission. This experience is based on a legal frame, on a statement of principles and on a way of proceeding which are the keys for the university teachers participation and their integration into a Department.
