Abstract

We introduce in this article the Learning Regularity Index (IRA), one of the most important contributions of José Peinado Altable (1909-1995) to the Psychology of Learning. This indicator is a comppppcomplement of the Intelligence Quotient (IQ), in order to explain the psychomotor performance of poor students and, , in our opinion, it can be extended to all types of students and learning tasks.
